"Hello, I'm Johnny Cash"

I've been listening to ALOT of Johnny Cash lately. The content and delivery always manages to keep my attention. At first listen, Cash might just be another country artist. . . But somewhere, you've got an appreciation for this man's music. This was the heavy metal of his day. The hiphop, even. Not because of the sound, but because at the time there was nobody with the provocative lyricism and graphic (for the time) storytelling.

Everybody knows where you go when the sun goes down.
I think you only live to see the lights of town.
I wasted my time when I would try, try, try.
When the lights have lost their glow, you're gonna cry, cry, cry
