One year ago today I was taken out as a guest on the opening leg of a promotional tour for BYI's first radio single. Now I'm officially apart of the team. Its crazy how things work out. Every single day I think about how close we are to achieving that ultimate goal, and pushing a hit record. It's the first thing I think about when I wake up in the morning, and the last thing on my mind as I fall asleep. This shit is crazy, but I love it. Everyday I'm on the boards chopping up new samples, making new records. I know for sure that somewhere in there- there's gold. Were on our way.

I was going thru the 3000 pages of messages in my Myspace inbox on friday and it dawned on me that whatever the future holds for me in my roll as a producer for BYI, has been a couple years in the making. This is something I've always wanted to do, and I'm finally getting to do it. It's one thing to just be a beatmaker and have fun with your music, but its a completely different ballgame to be apart of a production team that contributes in every way possible to your perfecting the craft you love. Whatever is coming, I'm excited for it.
