So I'm still going full retard at the gym. I feel alot different, in a good way of course. Still on 44 grams of Protien, green tea extracts, and of course just watching what I take in. No soda, No crap, lots of water. . . LOTS OF HOME COOKING. Which isn't bad, because 1-its cheap! and 2- I actually like cooking. I made some ridiculous tacos last night. . . And then Louie called me to remind me about the show at Element. I was KINDA looking forward to getting a full nights rest, but of course it didn't quite work out that way. When we were about to enter the lobby of the studio building security let us know everyone was nextdoor at Tiny's. The place looks alot different when youre sober lol ...We head over to Element and step right in, no line drama whatsoever. Everytime we go out to a club or event we always walk right past the people in line and straight to the door. I always thought of those people who walk right up and dont wait in line as such assholes. . . But hey, if that makes me an asshole, im cool with it! lol Raz performed one of his new joints, and honestly it was kind of a burnout. He probably should have done something a little uptempo to match the feel that the crowd had from the club shit they were dancing to all night. Dr. Hollywood ripped it though. . . Its obvious that theyre getting to be alot more comfortable on stage. Salam Wreck was on the decks of course, and they also play with a live drummer. Watching them live, you can get a feeling that what theyre doing now with their live show is only the beginning of it. There is so much potential for expansion as far as instrumentation goes, its only a matter of time before live guitar and bass work themselves into the mix....or at least I'm hoping to see it happen. After the show everyone kind of disappeared. . . Somehow Salam, Louie, Cupcake, Casara and I ended up at the Rainbow on Sunset just in time for last call.

Tonight, another show. . . This time with Pitbull and Lil Jon @ Citizens Business Bank arena . . . Were supposed to roll out.. . But I'm kinda on the fence about this one.
