Me and Ryu at Scoop Deville's crib for Scoops Bday.
Theres a story behind this one. Ryu and Tak had just signed to Machine Shop Recordings with good friends Mike and Brad from Linkin Park. It was at the mtv VMA's that same year they got signed that while at lunch with Mike and Jay-z (executive producer for their Fort Minor project) Ryu told Jay "The only difference between us and them (other artists) is that we don't wear jewelry". A week or so later, Jay sent them a package containing their chains complete with diamond inlayed pendants of the Machine Shop logo. Earlier on in the night at the bar, Ryu kept complimenting my chain and cross pendant for its unique shine and invisible settings to which I would jokingly reply "wanna trade?"A few more drinks later. . .we traded.
sidebar- if i remember correctly, this was also the night Scoops manager confirmed Snoop Dogg had picked his track "Life of The Party" to be the follow up single to "Sexual Seduction"

I just came across your page when I looked at Nerv's. My friend passed but painted same spots. I just browsed and liked ur style of writing. Thank you for telling me how to do the pics. I know you were prolly like why is this random women asking me for help, but no one around me knew, and I was stuck up on your blog (cuz I liked it.)
